Meet the staff!

An institution when it comes to Notre Dame history, Somogyi is a 20-year veteran of the Blue and Gold Illustrated as Editor and is a Notre Dame graduate. Author of “The Fifth Quarter” column, he earned Best Column honors from Collegiate Sports Publications Association in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Somogyi provides the brand of unique perspective on Irish sports that’s found nowhere else in print or on the Internet.

Wes Morgan has been with Blue and Gold Illustrated since February 2011. Look for his column, “Fighting Words”, in every issue of Blue and Gold Illustrated.
